The Problem
In many parts of Kenya, poor sanitation and lack of clean water contribute to severe health issues. Over 19,000 children under five die annually from preventable diarrheal diseases linked to unsafe water and inadequate hygiene. Nearly 40% of Kenyans lack access to clean water, and 70% of rural communities do not have basic handwashing facilities. Soap4All addresses this crisis by recycling soap, improving hygiene education, and installing rainwater harvesting systems.

The Solution
We create employment by partnering with hotels to collect used soaps, recycle them into new ones, and distribute them to underprivileged communities. Our innovative approach not only reduces waste but also supports community development and environmental sustainability. Join us in our mission to promote better hygiene, empower local communities, and build a more sustainable future.

- •Creates employment opportunities
- •Promotes circular economy principles

How It Works
Collection
We partner with hotels to collect used and discarded soap bars that would otherwise be thrown away.
Processing
The collected soap is sanitized, processed, and reformed into new soap bars in our facility.
Distribution
The new soap bars are distributed to schools, community centers, and households in underserved areas.
Education & Impact Assessment
We conduct hygiene education programs alongside distribution and continuously measure our impact through data collection and community feedback.
